「The accommodation experience was excellent.」

「The bathroom floor tiles were broken」

「We booked a king size bed but when we got there they told us we get assigned what’s available and not what we booked.」

「The room was weird. Nothing was easy to access and the layout cramped. The bed and sofa faced each other - and the tv was on a wall not directly facing either. The desk needs two chairs not one. Housekeeping is most definitely the area that needs the most improvement. Asked for housekeeping to make the sofa bed - through front desk and management - and was not done - but the maid was happy to keep the $25 tip we left on the table. The saving grace is the guy who comes on at 5pm and he came up...

「The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. We were happy with the complimentary use of nearby fitness center. Hotel was in a central location. Valet persons were great! We didn't like the smoking immediately out the front door.」

「整体都不错」

「The only big complaint was we stayed for 4 nights and never had maid service. We only needed towels replaced and never got them. I never complained because we left so early and got back so late we worked it out. I could have gone down to get more towels at the desk but was hopeful they would show up the next day and they never did.」

「good」

「前台接待非常热情，还给介绍了好吃的餐馆」
