"From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The staff are above and beyond attentive, the facilities first class and the rooms perfection. We took the upgrade to a harbour view room which didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with the most comfy beds. The bathroom was practical and clean with a wet room as well as bath. Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice and again the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and efficient. Also used the pool and gym - fantastic facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even allowing us to freshen up in the gym facilities post checkout due to a late flight. The location in TST is so handy for everything. A visit to the hotel Sky bar is a must. I cannot recommend the Sheraton and its team highly enough. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you to you all!"

"I like to stay here on slightly longer trips because you get the bigger space and the little kitchen that can come in useful, especially the fridge and microwave. The situation is pretty quiet for Hong Kong, being up a small alleyway and away from the noise on Queens Road East. However, noise from other guests was irritating at times. You also need to know that there’s a very steep incline ramp to get up to the hotel from where a taxi will probably drop you, I really wouldn’t like to do it in business shoes in the wet. Wan Chai is a fascinating area, relatively a few western tourists make it here and the street market bustle can make progress through the streets a little slow, but I prefer it to The somewhat sterile malls of Central"

"We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room . Which was a delicious cake with a nice bottle of wine 7it for sure make us feel very special. The room was beautiful facing the harbour view on 22 Floors. The shower is the best ,The bedding is fantastic. They provide plenty of water which is fantastic . Breakfast is fantastic , absolutely no complain ! The swimming pool is great surrounding by lovely plants and beautiful buildings. Thank you JW MARRIOTT We had an amazing time and want to visit Hong Kong again which will happen for sure and of course your beautiful hotel. Thank you Luce Ice for helping us for checking out .
