"The whole facility and staff were accommodating, friendly, and had a superb customer service experience; however, the room itself had many flaws. The wood floor was a big crack and when you step on it, you felt you were going to sink or your foot might get caught. The bathroom shower head was like 75% clogged from calcium residue, the bedroom ceiling looked like molds started forming."

"Location of the hotel is just a walking distance to the Hundred Islands wharf area. The breakfast is good. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Pillows are huge and bed is comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that the hot water was so hard to control the heat. There were tiny ants on top of the table. They have a “no stain” policy on their bedsheet, pillow, towel, or you’ll be charged with a fine. Spa massage was good. Rose gave us an excellent massage."
