「An amazing place to stay, the owners are friendly & onsite to help. We were shown to our room which doesn't happen often these days, certainly a nice touch. The rooms are clean & well appointed, even down to having a potted plant in the room. Fridge, microwave, fridge & hob all clean & in good working order. We have been travelling for a month & this was one of the most comfy beds. There is parking outside each room & while there is a road nearby it didn't cause any problems. 」

「It would be nice to have a phone in the room for you to contact the reception desk if you needed anything, alarm clock in the room + restaurant menu in a folder would have been nice to see & read to see what was on offer, we were in room 6 our outside light was not working + fan in the bathroom was not working + room ceiling needs to be vacuumed I noticed there was dead bugs stuck to the ceiling, can face towels be added to the towels. 「All is good. We are four persons without a car and plan to hike in the South Bay of Kaikoura. It is difficult to take a taxi at that time and worried about our that day trip. The boss of this hotel is very nice and ride us to view Sightseeing and send us to hiking place. I am very appreciate and feel so warm in New Zealand. Recommend to stay.」

「We stayed at the farmers cottage for one night. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a fully contained kitchen, cosy living area and spacious garden. The animal feeding tour was also amazing. Overall, it was a nice stay.」
