The property was great. Centrally located, extremely easy to Newland ave and also to town. Communication was ideal, the hosts ensured we checked in. The property was safe and the parking on the street was safe next to the police station.
It could’ve been 5/5 however when we arrived there were a couple of daft things which could’ve made it 5/5. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, which reflected on quite an empty cupboard for cups etc, so we ended up buying plastic cups to use. Secondly, with it being a 2 bedroom apartment there was only one small couch in the living area to chill out. If both bedrooms were being occupied this would be uncomfortable as the only other seating were stools for the dining table.
Apart from that I cannot fault it, and will return for sure

Our apartment (9) was on second floor (which we hadn't know when we booked), the building is a beautiful one overlooking Pearson Park & parking on the road right outside. Very easy to find off Beverley Rd & close to walk to Asda& Aldi supermarkets. Electric heaters in all rooms to keep at temps we desired, full cooking facilities, fridge & freezer, washing machine, two double bedrooms. Small bathroom with electric shower. Half an hour's walk to university campus.

Outside of but near enough to the City centre!
The location is good for our work purposes. Nice to have the park next door to walk and relax. Check-in etc very well organised. The apartment is clean and has all the amenities needed. Quiet for sleeping, free parking outside etc all very handy. A little attention to detail in the bathroom (we had apt 10)(somewhere to hang towel etc, somewhere to place toiletries etc would help and the design of the shower curtains in our apartment meant that it didn't stay closed hence causing a wet floor to deal with and of course that means the ubiquitous mould which then develops on the wet dark bottom of the shower curtains). Aside from the latter, the stay was very good and therefore likely to return at some point, hoping that the glitches with the bathrooms can be 'improved'.
