Beautiful hotel

Pleasant stay. Convenience stores such as Lidl is just around the corner. Beautiful area, rooms are big and clean. Restaurant downstair served high quality food.

Nice property at the edge of the water. Not sure I got the booked room as it said lake view but only had a look at a tiny bit of the harbour. For the rest enjoyed my stay and the room was comfortable.

Overall..we would definitely come back again

Wonderful accommodations on the water…the area is clean and explorable , the down side was that the Italian restaurant was mediocre at best

Amazing view over the harbour

Whole experience was amazing, scenery is spectacular, service is splendid, maintenance is brand new, and clean as a bell. Room was cosy and warm, the bed soft as whipped cream, shower really big and wonderfull. Wifi is very quick, overall it was a great stay

Heavenly bed

Decided to stay here, as hotels nearer Amsterdam were prohibitively expensive. The hotel was very calm, the room was quite small but comfortable, the bed in particular. We could not get the coffee machine to function, but that was a minor nuisance. The breakfast was quite good.

I would give the stay a higher rating if the staff was more willing to problem solve. The AC was not functioning in our room on a 33C day. No manager on duty, would not refund my money to find another place to stay, no fans available. I ended up waking up in a literal pool of sweat. Frustrating night for an otherwise nice hotel.

We arrived very late and reception could not find our reservation, which we had made and paid for 6 months earlier.This problem persisted over 2 days when we were given conflicted information and were told we had only 1 night booked (we had 4 nights booked !) or that we would have to change rooms - in the end (after a discussion) we could stay in the same room. Location and place is beautiful, but unfortunately quite a bit of unprofessionalism amongst staff - most of them young and inexperienced without the proper training it seems. Room wasnn´t cleaned on one day and the next day it was after asking a (very friendly) cleaning lady direct. When we returned however it looked like the pillows had been thrown on from afar and the bed/ pillows looked like someone had laid down on it ! The outside spaces of the restaurants were not cleaned when you sat down (bird excrements on the tables where you are sitting down to eat) and poor quality of food and service (again due to understaffing or poor training of these - often very nice - young people). It looks like a staffing / management problem overall, which is such a shame as the property is really attractive and the location beautiful - it could be so much more than it is right now.

De buitenkant van het gebouw oogt onverzorgd. Heel veel spinnenwebben bij de ingang Ook tijdens verblijf wordt de kamer niet schoongemaakt, alleen verversen van prullenbakken en handdoeken. Het onderlaken van bed past niet , geen elastiek en kreukt heel erg waardoor er plooivorming is en dat ligt niet fijn. Wel vriendelijk receptiepersoneel

Hotel ligt aan de jachthaven, verspreid over meerdere gebouwen , een beetje in Zaanse stijl. Maakte verzorgde indruk, evenals de kamer. Compleet ingericht en schoon. Rustige omgeving, maar geen hoogseizoen, dus jachthaven weinig activiteit. Meerdere eet en drinkgelegenheden, die er goed uitzagen (niet geprobeerd) . Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk servicegericht personeel.
