「Staff not helpful and not customer orientated. And there are so many issues and Problems with the guest room: 1. Upon arrival, the first one assigned to me with Aircon problem and take one hour for the hotel staff to acknowledge and offer to change room. But they only gave us 5 mins to repack my stuff to go to another one. 2. With second room, the wardrobe’s door cannot completed open. It is a bit blocked by the small cabinet next to bed. 3. The door for the mini bar fridge is kind of broken....

「It is a cozy and tasteful hotel. The musical features and the foods are great.」

「staff are friendly, location is not bad as it is not located in a crowded area but with convenient transportation rooms are clean and breakfast is good」

「The authenticity of this property with its internal and external courtyards were wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and helped to book attractions. The rooftop pool looked inviting but it was just too hot for us to be up there. On the one occasion we chose to have breakfast in the hotel we felt the restaurant was understaffed as tables weren’t being cleared quick enough to cope with the number of clients queuing for breakfast.」

「Room is clean and comfortable, bed is good and big, near the bus stop No. C5 is easy to the tourist area」

「great location, right in the heart of Santa Cruz. rooms were clean and well maintained, everything was provided except for hair conditioner that I need desperately but other than that everything was great. we didn't get to use the pool but I noticed there was no sun in the pool area if you're looking to take a tan or always cold in water like me.」
