「When we arrived, the hotel did not have our booking. Luckily they had a room as they were not full. The staff were very friendly but told us they do not deal with hotels.com. I don’t know if this is the fault of the hotel or hotels.com but if you have booked through hotels.com, I would suggest you contact the hotel to confirm. 」

「Very nice, light, spacious, clean apartment recently renovated and 5min walk from Calle Laurel. No reception - the check-in and arrival process is all explained through email and WhatsApp and you perform a self check-in to receive the room card in an electronic kiosk - but this all worked flawlessly and in case of questions etc. the response through WhatsApp or via calling was excellent. I booked parking too which is right next door and access works with the same room card. Highly recommended...

「Muy buen hotel para alojarte en Haro. No está en el centro pero tiene buenas instalaciones (limpias, aceptable en tema de calidad/limpieza y personal muy atento). La piscina compensa la distancia del hotel del centro aunque muy conveniente para moverse por la zona.」

「This was an apartment and I did not interact with any person directly. It was 100% on libe with a code. Great little town. I hope I come back. 」

「A wonderful hotel in a peaceful setting along the river. A fantastic choice to escape the noise and crowds of tourists in the major cities visited. Hotel is very conveniently located to visit Rioja's best bodegas. Staff are lovely and most helpful in arranging tours. Hotel has one minor deficiency in a curiously noisy plumbing system.」
