A surprising jewel of a hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel du Lac. This hotel, set in idyllic Huelgoat, was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing! They were friendly and helpful. The view from our room was stunning. The food at the hotel was delicious. Breakfast was generous and the dinner was amazing.

Une arrivée avec surprise, 2 chambres réservées, une au 1er étage et l'autre au 3è. Une salle de bain de caravane, toute petite surélevé en plastique. Très bruyant, on vit avec les voisins et l'extérieur. Un personnel incompétent et inexistant dans la partie restaurant. Sur 5 ou 6 présents, juste une travaillait TRÈS bien, les autres regardaient ou se promenaient. Une heure avant d'être servi pour l'apéritif et après il était trop tard pour commander un menu. 70€ la nuit n'est vraiment pas correct, ni honnête !

Beautiful setting for a hotel overlooking the lake

A great location for exploring West Brittany. I am delighted I found this hotel for my sister and I who were visiting my brother in Botmeur. It was not as near as had hoped to get to beaches though but was very relaxing after a long drive.
