I was concerned after reading some of the reviews. I have found, but stayed here for 10 days on a retreat and the staff, food and facilities were first class. The front desk and all the staff were smiling, pleasant and incredibly helpful. This resort is a refuge surrounded by beautiful forest, exquisite, landscaping, and the river. I also want to put in a plug for the spa where they have a steam bath, sauna, cold, plunge, pool, and excellent masseuse. All the food was fresh and incredibly tasty. I will mention that this facility is a half hour outside of downtown Hue. Taxi rides are very affordable and it is worth it to be in an awesome natural environment

I'd like to start by saying that the staff at the resort are wonderful people and it hurts me to write such a negative review as I don't want to impact them. That being said I think it would be irresponsible of me not to let other people know that what they are seeing being advertised on this resorts website along with Expedia, Agoda, Booking etc...is not accurate. This was once a beautiful place but that is a time gone past, as you will notice the pictures and amazing reviews are mainly from 2020 and older. Upon arriving it feels like it's an abandoned place, with very few guests, limited amenities are available, the main pool is not sanitary and I would say not safe to swim in. Everything is overgrown, the beautiful water fountains that I'm sure once welcomed guests are absent and overall it seems as if time has stood still. The rooms were one of the few highlights as the interior were fairly nice and clean. I think what is particularly unacceptable is that they are advertising as if they are a 5 star resort and spa, charging guests some of the higher end pricing for hotels in Hue when they are clearly not anymore. Today this should be a backpackers hangout priced at $25 a night and this would be a great deal, you get what you pay for and that would be fair (I am a backpacker as well). We decided to not even stay a night, checked out and paid for the one night that we didn't use so we could go into Hue and booked a beautiful high end hotel for $30 a night less.

It was true that all the issues you mentioned and they are now being closely looked after for fixing and improvements. After long time the resort was closed due to the Covid- pandemic, we recently re-opened couple months and could not avoid all those short-comings of the facilities and unavailable services provided.Our entire staff and management are committing ourselves in upgrading all the services and facilities up to standards in utmost attempts to better serve our staying guests.Again, we do deeply regret for all of your negative experiences, and hope that we will overcome all such short-comings and unavailability of our service for better serve our customer in coming time.With my kindest regards,Management Board

ゆったりとした施設で、スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、心休まるホテルでした。市街地から離れているため帰りの時間に合わせてピックアップしてくれ、遅くなりタクシーで帰ってくるとすぐに出迎えてくれて、ドライバーの支払いなどの手伝いまでしてくれました。 バスタブにお湯を入れてる間に段々とぬるくなっていくのが唯一改善する必要があると思います。

Pros: Great location. Great staff Good breakfast Nice size pool in pool villas Large pool Good spa Free transfers On demand shuttle to Hue Looks amazing Very reasonably priced Good aircon Cons: Villas have paper thin walls and so you can hear everything in the next villa. Villas are beautiful but have poor lighting inside and door that doesnt fit well. Shower over bath with no door or curtain so it floods bathroom. The staff however are truly amazing and I recommend this resort as it is a class above others in Hue.

The resort had a location nearby Perfum river; close nature with many trees; the bird and insects voice all days and nights. All bungalow hide in forest. The general manager and all staffs are friendly. Our family will back here soon with more long stay.
