WiFi was really bad. Every floor has their own WiFi and I had to switch between 5 and 6 because signal would be lost. Staff is very nice.

We checked out around 11 and left our bags. We returned around 3:30, planning to stay in the lobby for an hour until our best left, somewhat wet because of the rain. The staff allowed us to use an uncleaned room for an hour at no charge to change and clean up. That was really nice of them!

Sengen på rommet var hard. Frokosten var ikke buffet, vi kunne velge mellom 7 ting, omelett osv. Typisk asiatisk standard.

フエ新市街の繁華街に近接するも、静かで、旧市街にも徒歩圏

　三ツ星とは、言えないクラスですが、フエの新市街の繁華街に近接していて、少し離れた感じで 落ち着いた街並み。 　旧市街に、川越えで徒歩圏。 　施設は、新しくはないが清掃は、行き届いている。 　基本アメニティは、ある。大き目の深めのバスはあったが、夜と朝に　お湯は、少ししか出なかった。 　エアコンは、良い。 　朝食は、フルーツからバイキングと、オーダーのフォなど、普通にある。

The staff are lovely people and very willing to help, with whatever you need. Taxis etc. We only stayed one evening. But they were great! The area is very busy outside, but we didn't hear any of the craziness in our room.

フエの中心にある 観光にも便利なホテル

フエの王宮にも近くまた町の中心部にあるので 食事も交通も便利である。 朝食も 多くの種類から選べて 味も悪くない。 スタッフの対応が早く 市内の観光ツアーなども的確に手配してくれた。 部屋はかなり広いが シャワーの温度が 一定時間を過ぎると低下していく。 また あまり 影響はないが 上階からの水漏れも見られた。 私にとってはベッドが非常に固く 翌日腰が痛かった。 周りにレストランも多く全体的には便利で快適なホテルである。

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier in Hue. Trotzdem hat uns das Hotel positiv überrascht. Sehr freundlich, sauber und leckere Pancakes zum Frühstück.

amazing hotel, staff and owner

We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff when we arrived. They immediately helped us with our luggage. My, Thao, Hien and Ann and the other staff helped us with everything we needed from breakfast to sorting out our visa extension. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spotless and their service was absolutely great. The hotel owner who was finding it hard to speak english was trying express how welcome we are which I think was an absolute plus. She made sure that we were treated well and even took a photo with me. We were meant to order one meal for the free breakfast but they told us we can order as many as possible as all their guest are special to them. This is a great plus as we're always very hungry in the morning.

Super venligt og dejligt personale på hotellet, kom uopfordret med frugt og drikkevare til vores børn og os uden beregning. Ville gerne hjælp os med at få et godt ophold i Hue, også uden at vi skulle købe ture af dem. Morgenmaden var god, man valgt fra menu kort, drikkevare, morgenmad og frugtfad, super lækkert at starte dagen på, især til prisen.
