Great stay!

Great stay! Ran into an issue with the hotel I initially booked. Found this at 10am and was in my room by 11am. Grateful to be out of the bad place and into such a nice one with a friendly staff. Loved that the hotel fronted a street and was in an area of plenty of restaurants and other hotels.

We had a short but great stay. Mr. Pham, the owner, is super friendly, very good english, and helped us with food and transportation. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious (largest room so far on our trip, we are three adults, me and my two sons). We loved the food in Hue. So many options just outside our door or short walk. Great location for foodies!

The 2 different reception ladies were so friendly and helpful. Even after missing my transport from Hue to Da Nang, 1 of them arranged a bus at short notice and a good price. Thank you miss for doing that.Appreciate that massively

Poor aircon, disappointing breakfast

On arrival staff were pleasant and check in was swift,no information given about local area etc We were given a room upgrade which was appreciated,this was to the room which has the ‘balcony’,as others mentioned it’s tiny, can only just make it through the door. When we got to the room it was baking hot,but the aircon hadn’t been on so we thought it would just need time to cool down... the aircon is probably the worst I’ve had in Asia,the room didn’t get properly cool the whole time we stayed,unfortunately I wasn’t too well when there so we had to stay an extra night. The fridge is also only on when you are in the room and the keycard is in the slot so no coming back to a nice cold drink! We also found breakfast somewhat disappointing,full menu was not available and it was a choice of eggs or eggs which my stomach isn’t good with. It’s a shame as our room was nice otherwise but these issues mean that I wouldn’t return.

夜間歩行者天国になる中心地にあり立地は良いです。食事等には困りません。 小さなホテルで部屋も朝食も値段なりではありますが、清潔でスタッフもサービス精神が感じられ全体としては満足です。 ただ、シャワーのお湯が途中から出なくなり、まだ肌寒い時期だったので堪えました。出た後少ししたら復活したみたいですが。 また、シャワールームは仕切りがない(カーテンもない）タイプですので、使った後はトイレや洗面台は水浸しになります。嫌な人は気をつけてください。

Ok hotel

Very nice staff and good breakfast. Good wifi. It is however anoying that the bathroom hasn't got adequate ventilation. After taking a shower you need to run the AC as a dehumidifier for hours.

The staff service mind was great especially the lady whose name is Mai. The staffs including a guy checked in myself were all kind and had good knowledges about the area. The recommendation to try local food was awesome. I will definitely stay there again once I visit at Hue

Average hotel on nice location.

I would say the hotel is ok. I was expecting a better one but is fine. The guys working at the reception are reqlly nice. Very helpful all the time. Breakfast is ok. But service excellent. The rooms are nice but a little bit hot. A c might not be working well.
