"Hot tub was luke warm at best and looked kind of green. The water in the shower wouldnt get hot as well. Air conditioner did not work correct. Check out is 11am and the housekeeping woke us up at 9:30am. "

"My kids and I love the Tru hotels. This one is super close to the Denver airport but we still based our weekend trip to Boulder from here. There are restaurants, a Starbucks and Sprouts market just down the street. Love how clean the room was - the white bedding, the hard floors with no carpet or rugs anywhere, mini fridge for drinks and leftovers, squeeze bottle shampoo/conditioner/soap rather than those wasteful single use ones. Breakfast is included and the only bummer for my kids was that the pancake maker wasn’t working. Other than that, everything was perfect. This hotel checks all the boxes for us. Extra bonus that we didn’t have to plan for time to get to the airport - there’s a gas station down the street to fill the rental car and the airport is less than a 10 min drive away."

"It was the perfect stay. We were in a very peaceful and serene area, not too far from Denver. The staff was excellent! Ken, our host, was very engaging and made us feel at home. It was a home away from home. The house is spectacular. Much better than staying at a hotel. He made us a nice breakfast every morning, depending on what we chose and we were able to visit with the other guests. If we ever go back, I would definitely stay here again."

"Sink was clogged. Told them never fixed it. I left items there they said not there obviously stolen. TV never worked. I have stayed here before never again"
