「Room was clean and well equipped. Shower screen was coming off its rails but this did not effect the shower itself. The wifi network given did not exist. Phone support were really helpful when I had a query about check in.. 」

「We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from...
