The staff are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The property is charming with great views. The room was nice and clean with great beds and modern, well-functioning bathroom fixtures.

Cozy comfort in Huaraz

Lovely local hotel with view of Huaraz. Goose feather comforters made it hard to get out of bed but the hot shower was amazing! The service is what made all the difference, such attentive and caring staff.

A real gem

We loved our stay with Santa Cruz. It was like staying with good friends. Willie, Flo, Judy, David and others were very friendly, helpful, and professional. From organizing a tour, to answering quick texts about appropriate Taxi fares, arranging laundry, and accommodating our vegetarian diet, everything was perfect. Tasty breakfasts cooked just right, super clean rooms, and just wonderful staff!

Great staff!

The staff was friendly and beyond helpful in every way. They helped arrange transfers to our hike 4 hours away, and any other place we needed to go. We would definitely stay again if we return.

Such a lovely hotel.Such caring and helpful staff.They let us stay all day in our room on our check out day as we had a night bus to take at 10pm.There was no charge and the manager came with us to the bus station to help translate and get us on the right bus as our Spanish is not great.

La localidad era tranquila y el Hotel fue muy acogedor. Lo unico negativo es que el dia que llegamos tuvimos que salir a el publo a cenar ya que el restaurant del hotel estaba cerrado.

Ótimo hotel

O hotel é muito agradável e quarto bastante confortável, os anfitriões e funcionários são muito educados e solicitos. Guardaram minha bagagem no ultimo dia, até que eu voltasse do passeio, mesmo sendo após período de check out. Uma ressalva é que fica mais distante da praça central, mas isso pode ser bom por ser local mais sossegado sendo bom para descansar.

Good Hotel in Huaraz

Good hotel with nice breakfast included. Very up to date bathroom / shower with great water pressure and hot water. Mattresses could use an upgrade.
