Difficult communication before arrival; Little Squirrel requires pre-arrival registration, but didn’t send it. Expedia chased them. No contact with staff during stay. Adequate room. Reasonable location.

房間大，但住宿品質可以更好!

四人房間大，而且有電梯很棒，早餐用心吃很飽，老闆熱心介紹景點。 我們住宿的最後一晚，回房發現房間未整理，且備品也未補，只好自己找老闆拿備品和整理垃圾，老闆回應是房務請假了! 我們是覺得即使如此還是得由民宿方整理房間，畢竟一天晚上將近4000元的住宿，應有更好的住宿品質。

當到達酒店，老闆招待我在餐廳休息 , 提供咖啡小點, 介紹花蓮觀光點和交通給我,令我最開心是老闆主動換了一間大房間給我,這幾天住得很舒服 ,附設簡單而豐富早餐, 自製牛奶麵包好鬆軟和奶香味,位置方便清靜， 步行幾分鐘可到火車站。 對面就有超市。不遠有很多餐廳 民宿各處都打理得很乾淨整齊，又有lift. 整體很滿意。離開時老闆送我們到火車站。

小さなプチホテルだが、フレンドリーな対応と清潔で広い室内で非常に良い。敢えて難を言えば、シャワールームがやや狭いのとエアコンの暖房が弱い事。もしかすると暖房かからないエアコンかもしれない。

不錯的民宿入住體驗。

這次入住501號房，也是第一次入住民宿，民宿主人很客氣，下午三點多入住還招待了自己煮的咖啡及手作蛋糕，味道不錯喔！主人也會推薦當地景點與美食，可以參考看看。房間比照片上感覺更大間，床鋪整潔度很好，備品也齊全，浴室比較小，所以僅供淋浴。床舖不是超級軟的床，一般應該都睡得習慣。房間因靠近大馬路，晚上路上車聲比較大，若嚴重怕吵的人，建議不要睡馬路邊的房型，應該可以事先詢問民宿主人。早餐是一人一客，有咖啡，紅茶，果汁，鮮奶（擇一）新鮮水果，奶酪跟，手做吐司及滷蛋，整體來說很不錯喔！

位置方便清靜， 近火車站步行可到， 亦可通知民宿主人安排接送。設有洗衣機同有蓋曬衣地方， 需要洗衫的旅客會很方便。 附設早餐雖然簡便但夠飽，自製麵包好鬆軟， 老板娘很樂意分享麵包食譜。 對面就有超市。 房間有一座掛衣架但冇衣架，有點不便。 民宿各處都打理得很乾淨整齊，又有lift. 整體很滿意。

Beautiful property with very nice owners who were very accommodating-helping us procure bikes, for example. The bathroom floor was not partitioned from the shower so using the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. Also there were 2 windows opening to areas outside the room that couldn’t be completely blocked so the room couldn’t be completely darkened.

Owner happened to be running for political office and had to impose a 11pm curfew on all guests staying for this period for his safety, which was a minor annoyance. Otherwise, he and his staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was nice.

Great Place to Stay

Enjoyed our time in the city, partly due to this lovely B&B. Mr Chen went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. He was very gracious and kind hearted. His place is impeccable. Clean, great location, quiet at night, comfortable beds, great shower and wonderful breakfast. The home made bread was delicious, as well as the welcoming treat and drink. Lolita was also very helpful and friendly. She spoke English, which we really appreciated as we do not speak any mandarin. Had a great stay here. Thank you for the great hospitality.

A comfy little b&b

This b&b is located a short term minute walk from Hualien train station. It's also a few hundred meters from the main street so it's easy to get food or supplies. We enjoyed Large comfortable room with a double bed, couch Complete with good air conditioning. A breakfast of a sandwich or bagle with fruit was provided each morning. A washing machine with a drying line is also available. Just take note you're required to be in by 2300!
