"very friendly staff especially the cleaning staff, the only complaint that I have is that the hotel wifi is broken with internet connection cutting off every two minutes. I didnt have that problem when I stayed last year, 2025"

"Overall the hotel is good because of its proximity to most locations to which visitors are interested including restaurants, main station (200 meters away). But, keep in mind it’s a very old hotel even though it has been renovated. The size of the room is considered middle to small in compared to international standards of a same star rating to my experience. Didn’t get to try its breakfast due to rush schedules. "

"For the price they offered so much. Multiple meals. 24-hour coffee and ice cream. Free bicycle which I took advantage of. Was happy I stayed here. Would definitely stay here again when I revisit Haulien."
