"Don't stay here if you want to sleep. There are parties every night near the hotel. You hear everything. Tuesday the party started at 10 pm and lasted until 3am. Wednesday it went from 8pm-5am. The front desk speaks no English. The hotel overall has a moldy smell and the breakfast was not much to talk about. It is in a great location but I would not recommend staying here if you plan on sleeping."

"While my check-in at Kaaro Hotel was smooth, the rest of my stay was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for two main reasons: Water Issues: The hotel controls hot water access to the rooms. I was unable to get a hot shower after a long day, and more frustratingly, there was neither hot nor cold water available for my early morning excursion. Safety Concerns: My room key did not lock properly. Despite reporting this to the front desk and requesting a fix, the issue was completely ignored. Due to the lack of basic utilities and poor attention to guest safety, I will not be returning."

"Had a lovely stay here. Staff was super kind, helpful and we had everything we could need. For 5sol per person, you can get a simple breakfast served on the 5th floor, there you can also socialize and play board games in your free time."

"We had a wonderful stay with my family and my parents, the hotel is incredibly well located, and the stuff is super knowledgeable and incredibly polite. We had a wonderful day. I recommend this hotel for anybody that wants to visit the wonderful area of Puno, by the way, the sunrise is in this hotel are the best in the area."

"Average really. The hotel's main draw is that it's situated within the main square. I asked for laundry service and this was very expensive. 3 t-shirts, a cargo pant, few underwear and a lightweight jacket came to around 12 USD in the end. They even called my room asking for more money because the jacket was cleaned differently apparently. Breakfast was decent. The room looked dated and need of modernization."
