I checked in on the 25th and was charged by the hotel for 850thb. I previously paid Expedia with my credit card, meaning i was double charged and at a higher rate that Expedia showed. The desk clerk denied that i paid her, even though i showed her my receipt that she issued me. The hotel is fine but the desk ladies will not acknowledge their over charging error. This incident was quite annoying and ridiculous to endure. No more stays at this place.

Large clean rooms.

Good large rooms, comfortable king size bed, balcony with a view. Easy walking distance to Market Villiage and transport. With a short walk to.Soi 94 which contains massage, restaraunts and bars. Hotel is in a quiet area so its restful at night. The only downfall is there are no safes in the rooms, apart from that all good, staff are friendly and helpful. Worth the money if you are staying in Hua hin. Hotel is 1klm from Soi.80 and approximately 2 klms from the clock tower and Soi Bintabaht. I would happily stay there again.😊

The room was as described and provided excellent value. Although beach access was not convenient, this was offset by the reduced traffic noise. I would gladly pay 10-20% more if the room had a better quality pillow and mattress. The only negative was the unreliable wifi signal.

New, clean & well located.

Our room was a double and we were surprised how big it actually was! Everything was clean and very new, either a refurbishment or completely new building, we were on the 5th floor and the water pressure was a little weak but not a big issue by any means as you should be out exploring and not showering the day away... If you're going to hire a scooter make sure you check it's currently licensed (under seat) and you have your Int. drivers lic with you. You will get checked!

Great value, super-clean hotel in a brilliant location near cafes, bars, restaurants and on the 10-baht bus route into town. Biggest down side is that most of the staff speak zero English - not even to understand something as simple as 'water'. I liked it so much I wanted to stay for 2 months but could not get anyone with the English to take my booking. An email to the address on their website netted no response. Best to only stay here if you are a confident, independent traveller.
