worst service,noisy

This hotel is directly opposite the Hilton beach front hotel. But guests will need to walk ten minutes to public access areas to get onto the beach. Behind the hotel the bustling bar street noise made it difficult to sleep. The unavoidable music and vocals continue well past midnight. But if this doesn’t keep you awake the noisy air conditioner will. Not sure which was worse. The hotel's swimming pool is too small for adults -more suitable as a paddling pool. There is no view or scenery from the pool deck located in the second floor. The facilities in the room were rudimentary. Thin paper towels, no hair dryer, and bathroom toilet odours that filled the room were surprising disappointments. Regarding service we feel the English at the reception desk was very poor and found it impossible to communicate even in simple conversation. We spoke up on several issues to the hotel manager but she was rude, unwilling to help and refused to offer assistance. This was a first for me. Our feelings did not matter to this hotel. We had our elderly parents with us but they did not care about the inconvenience caused to them. There is no sense of service, respect, ethics or basic civility. As the metaphors goes - bad software and hardware - inside and out- truly the worst experience we have had in our well traveled 20 plus years.

It’s clean. Older, rooms are sparse and lamps coming off the walls. A strong sewer smell came through during the night. Beds are hard. Really rooms are nothing special, But breakfast good, people nice.

Good location as clsoe to the beach and walkable to the night market. Staff was excellent particlularly the front desk and also the night security guard. He always was very friendly. The restuarant attached to the hotel had really good food.

I had a poor experience at the fresh inn. At arrival during check in the hotel manager pointed out we had an extra guest which is 3 in 1 room. I said yes but I booked and paid for 3 bit the team still said they are not aware and room is not ready for 3 and I have to pay extra to add a bed. I said whatever do ehat you have to do I booked for 3 and I will check myexpedia receipt. At check out they asked me to pay extra so I show them my receipt and they apologize but the room was not proper for 3 Breakfast was OK just good enough, bed was comfortable enough, internet wifi was terrible and unacceptable this was the deal breaker that I will never stay here or recommend this hotel 5o anyone. Couldn't get wifi to save my life very patchy on and off in a small room. Water pressure on sink was poor couldn't wash my face AC was still manual dial turn couldn't get it right The deal breaker is the wifi you will not have internet access without a Thai data, I never review after 50 stays in other hotels around the world but this one got me good with trying to charge extra guest fee when I already paid and room is not ready for 3 when you advertise and I booked a room that sleeps 3, they had 3 days to check Expedia but nobody bothered and insist I still need to pay extra guest fee at checkout when all they had to do was call Expedia or check the receipt which they overlooked or whatever it's not the customer fault, its between the hotel and Expedia to handle that funding issue if any

Leuk en net hotel, centraal gelegen

Leuk hotel, pal in het centrum van Hua Hin. Heel dicht bij de zee, restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden. Alles is dus makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Nette superior kamer. Zwembadje aanwezig op de 2de verdieping. Ontbijt was in orde.

The staff were fantastic very polite and helpful, they all gave great service. The food from the restaurant and including the breakfast was delicious , fresh cooked as requested and was too a high standard. My wife and I really enjoy our stay … thank you fresh inn hotel.
