"Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results."

"Staff are very good. I ask for extra time to checkout and they give me extra time to checkout just for 800 rupees. thank you. Shopping center 10 min walk. "

The amenities were in great working condition and never did have any problems. Will return again if I need a hotel and will recommend it."

"There was no notification of how to get in if you arrive late. When my flight came in after midnight, I went straight to the hotel. I called the hotel, but nobody picked up the phone. And to add insult to injury, there was a fence at least 4 meters high or 5 meters high, to keep me from getting inside. Eventually, I had to call the local police,...

"The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. "
