"Liked the amenities. They allow all dogs, not just service dogs. I felt like I was staying in a dog park. Love dogs, but not constant barkers when on vacation! I blame irresistible owner who left them to in the rooms by themselves all day. They should not put all dogs in the same area because they all get each other barking. None of them were service dogs because they were never with their owners. If you are going to allow all dogs they should be close to the front desks so they can be monitored by staff. More rules about about dogs staying should be enforced."

"Everything was great - the room was clean, the lobby was well done and breakfast was very good! I really loved the water choices in the lobby at all hours! My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom! It was like a dimmly lit cave. The make-up mirror helped, but it was not easy to just function in the bathroom."

"We walked in after a late day of travel. Was met by no one at desk which I understand it's late but no customer service, gave us a room where 3 people walked in with a dog while we were sleeping.. went to see what happened couldn't find anyone, even with bell. Hair on the towels, and then when I went to my car I was locked out of my room.. again no one to help so thank goodness my partner was in the room. When I tried to talk to someone in the morning. Again no one around, my 3rd party rep wasn't able to reach them as well.. great price, but lousy service and no follow up.."
