"I am extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards at this hotel. During my stay, I discovered a broken fingernail hidden underneath the bedsheets, which actually scratched my skin. This raises a major red flag regarding their housekeeping protocols and whether the linens are being properly changed between guests. To make matters worse, I found lipstick marks on the glassware in the hotel restaurant, which is completely unacceptable for a professional establishment. Cleanliness and guest safety should be the top priority. I hope management takes these issues seriously and conducts a thorough review of their cleaning procedures. I would not recommend staying here until these standards are significantly improved."

"The hotel called and cancelled our reservation as we were pulling into the parking lot after check in time. They offered no help in finding an alternate reservation and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. Went inside the lobby, which smelled so strongly of weed it was almost unbearable. The staff behind the desk was visibily trying to avoid dealing with me, so I left. Only got a refund because Expedia’s customer service is good. The hotel never offered or initiated one "

"Staff was pleasant if a bit aloof. Location is convient to shopping, dining and the highways but it is just off a VERY busy road, which is not my preference. Room condition was not great. Bathroom door handle was falling off so door didn’t latch. The kitchen hood fan had a sign on it indicating to open a window if you cooked. Very warm at first, but we were able to turn the furnace down. Some rowdy neighbors in the hall. Also the outside entrances from the parking lot had key slots but were just unlocked all night so anyone could come in and out. "
