"room was clean, all personal needs available, front desk staff was excellent, Breakfast was lacking nutricious food-was vey skimpy . I always check the bed first. It appeared it was not made, just thrown together. I looked at the sheets and pillowcases, they were dirty and slept on. Housekeeping staff were gone for the day so I was supplied with clean bedding (including duvet) and made it up myself. With front desk helpfulness and the clean room (exept bedding) it's doable. Would rate it a 3 out of 5."

"We waited for our room that we paid for via Expedia just to be told 5 hours later that they won't be giving us a room because they didn't have enough cleaned. While we waited the restaurant also closed early. This was a Saturday evening. Since we booked through Expedia we were denied a room. They said they didn't have the money from Expedia so we are pushed off the list at 8pm. We had 3 rooms booked on this reservation, 6 in our whole group. The inconvenience was unfortunate, but their way of helping us was even worse. No effort made to rectify or compensate. We found a hotel nearby with space while the other half of our group stayed at DoubleTree. The next hotel made up for it. It was cleaner and had breakfast included with a restaurant open as well. The staff were very accommodating. Expedia was great in getting us a refund the next day."
