「Pros: for the price, this place is a good spot if you have kids. My daughter loved the pool area, which was clean and seemed maintained. Cons: Our tub wouldn’t drain and we reported it on the first day; we stayed 3 nights but no one ever came to fix it. We asked for clean towels and a room refresh on the third day and were told that was no problem but it hadn’t been done when we got in that evening. Things were generally clean but we found popcorn, candy and trash around and behind the beds.」

「I booked a stay for five nights. After the first night, housekeeping took all of my husband's medication, his charger, his shoes, and his personal hygiene items—claiming they threw them in the trash. I don't understand why they would do that; since I had a five-night reservation, their only job was to clean, not to take personal belongings.」

「We had dinner at Social. Ordered food, which was cold (tacos) and when we told bartender/server she just shrugged it off. She had another bar customer who sent food back twice. The kitchen was the problem but she should've been more accommodating.」
