we called to inform that we were running late, when we arrived the site was closed and no one answered the phone. we had a small baby and had no choice to book a hotel at the last minute very very disapointed

Dear Laurence,Arriving late should not have been a problem since you received the codes that allowed you to open the main door of the establishment as well as the code that allowed you to open the door to your apartment already two days before your arrival.It is clearly indicated that check in is before 10 p.m. and that after this time no one can be reached.So in my opinion you must have entered a wrong code otherwise you could have entered your apartment at any time.Damage.Kind Regards,

Grateful but no thanks..
It was a last minute stay so i am very very grateful for that. But if i had the option and the time to choose to stay here unfortunately i would not like to stay here, bed linen was awful really bad night rest.. No onsite staff presence to deal with the people who where partying into the early hours made it difficult for us to sleep. No towels to clean yourself after a shower? Goodluck to the team there but i would not like to return to this site. I will stress i am very very grateful for the last minute booking.

In orde, alles wat je nodig hebt.
Mooie omgeving, op het park zelf staan een aantal oudere appartementblokken die wel een renoveren kunnen gebruiken. Parkeren is buiten het park gratis mogelijk. Het appartement zelf is okay en heeft alles wat men nodig heeft. Een douchegordijn zou praktisch zijn om niet de hele badkamer nat te hebben.

Appartement is oke, maar het complex niet.
Het appartement is klein maar voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en is modern ingericht. Alleen het bed is erg smal (1m40)! Het complex zelf laat te wensen over. Er verblijven veel Polen en Roemenen die er blijkbaar voor langere tijd wonen. Naast ons zaten Polen die elke avond met vrienden op hun terras gingen zitten en vrij luidruchtig waren. Ook werd er telkens over ons terras gelopen waardoor wij weinig privacy hadden. Dit leidde bij ons tot veel ergernis.

Zeer nette kamers alles kortbij en ideaal vertrekpunt om te fietsen. Enig nadeel was onze ligging aan de achterkant Van het gebouw bijna geen lichtinval door het bos.

Toen we aankomen hadden we geen info of code ontvangen om binnen te geraken. We bellen naar de callcenter die doodleuk vertellen dat de betaling v 155€ niet overgemaakt is. We leggen uit dat we via hotels.com geboekt hebben aan een bedrag v 177€. Waarom zo groot verschil. Ale uiteindelijk is er ergens een communi atiefout gebeurd want ze hadden de betaling toch gekregen, waarschijnlijk verschil v bedrag. Daarna krijgen we tel de code, lukt niet... weer naar callcenter gebeld de centraliste heeft zich vergist. Weeral bellen. We hebben zeker 1h, verloren met heen en weer bellen. Kamer was proper, buiten dat de matrassen met plastiek is hebben we uiteindelijk een leuk 2 daagse opzitten

Avvisato che sarei arrivato tardi una volta preso possesso della stanza mi sono accorto che gli asciugamani vengono forniti su richiesta ( nelle condizioni c’era scritto pagamento obbligatorio di 5 euro al giorno che pensavo fossero inclusi nel prezzo della stanza). Prezzo caro

Accommodatie als nieuw. Faciliteiten park slechte staat. je ziet 2 gebouwen holiday suites in perfecte staat. Rest eromheen is verouderd en straalt niets uit. Wel een klein speeltuintje en buitenbad. Geen kleedhokjes of wc bij buitenbad. Geen winkeltje en broodjes service.

Read the information beforehand
Parking and general arrival process late at night was a bit confusing but the room was nice, clean, comfortable and large. Make sure to read to check in emails sent to understand to bring your own towels etc or pay additional fees to have in your rooms as well as arrival information. In general good value for money and a pleasant stay.

Het zag er netjes uit jammer dat je de auto niet dichter bij kon parkeren . En het jammere was dat we ons niet echt op je gemak voelde bij de polen bulgaren enz . En dat het best warm werd in de slaapmamer snachts . We monden de airco niet kouder zetten . Voor een paar dagen ome maar langer zouden we niet gaan .

Fin og praktisk leilighet. Stor overraskelse at det var ingen tjeneste på alle mobiltelefoner inne i bygningen, noe man ikke forventer i 2019. Hadde tenkt å jobbe en del, men det ble vanskelig. Leiligheten luktet surt (askebeger), men ellers fint.

Flott leilighet for en gruppe på 7 voksne
Flott leilighet med plass til 11 personer. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Fine parkomgivelser. Enkelt å finne fram kun 600 meter fra hovedvei. Vi. Var 7 voksne hadde det meget komfortabelt.

Perfect stay
Such a lovely modernised apartment, is a little outside of the main cities but perfect if you want peace and quiet. The staff are friendly and the site has everything you need.

Proximité d'un lac emménagé en plage intéressante, piscine agréable malgré l' absence de transat. Équipement de la chambre sommaire (pas de papier toilette ni articles de douche minimum), lit twin pour chambre double, propreté à revoir (insectes écrasés sur les plafonds et murs), manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. Confort niveau cuisine.

Her Anlamda güzeldi, küçük eksiklikler olsada iyidi. konsept olarak bildiğimiz apartlardan farklı idi. anahtar ve apart yerinin bilgisini mail ile almamız. Yanlızca araçla giriş yapabilmemiz için bariyer şifresinin verilmemesi eksiklik ve kapı şifresinin verileceğini daha önceden belirtilebilinirdi normal mantık anahtar verileceğini düşündük ve iş yoğunluğum nedeni ile son günlerde maillerime bakmamış olmam biraz nereden kapı anahtarı alacağımızı arattı. Ama Hotel konum olarak, güven olarak, konfor olarak çok güzeldi. tekrardan gidilmesi gerekse gözüm kapalı seçeceğim bir yer.

Small apartment setup so much better, car needed
The central location was great, the setup was perfect for a family with 3 kids. To bad we didn’t know about the availability of bikes if ordered in advance. I hope at one point that towels are included in the package. The close location to highway and major roads is a plus. Access to a car is definitely needed, peaceful area but far away from shopping area

New and comfortable
The hotel area is kinda in newly developed so is too quiet and not many people around. the apartment is new, nice and clean. We had everything we need in the kitchen and We all felt like at home, it's very comfortable. But only complaint is that the water in shower room was not hot enough....kids felt cold after shower. Overall we like our stay here and will be going back next time when we are in this area.

Aufenthalt in Hengelhoef
Die Ferienanlage lag mitten im Wald, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Weg zum Schwimmbad musste mit dem Auto gemacht werden, da der Weg mit allen Badeutensilien zu weit gewesen wäre. Das Schwimmbad war spitze. Die Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen war ok, der Nachteil aber war, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen viel zu klein war. Im Sommer wäre es ein echtes Problem. Ferner stand zwar ein Fernseher zur Verfügung, aber leider konnten keine deutschen Sender empfangen werden. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es ok.
