Not a big deal really but, they had some type of issues where there was no WiFi in the rooms. Also, no breakfast, TV, or pool... Pretty much, go to your room and lay down 😂

I have been here many times before and even though I had to change rooms several times they were willing to accommodate me. ( television not working, heat blowing continuously, fire alarm going off and would not stop, no shampoo, not enough towels) This time was the worst the television only got one channel and no internet so my phone couldn’t even work correctly in the building. I was there for two days and nothing was done. This review is just for the hotel management. I will have to find a new place to go next time and I visit Houston quite a bit.
