The first room had unclean linens and the second room had bed bugs. I got bit and had to go to the hospital and the hotel management didn’t care at all. And ended up making me leave because I complained.

No blankets on bed
The comforter or blanket on the bed was nothing more than a sheet, really. It felt like I was sleeping with nothing covering me, and I very much prefer a blanket to snuggle under. I put a couple bath towels over top of me, but the sheet was slippery so they didn't stay. Really would have like to have a blanket. This is the first time I've ever stayed in a hotel and didn't have a blanket at all. Very disappointing.

The staff here were amazing to deal with. My first room was excellent & check in was easy. This room was spacious, clean, & was easy to get to. The only bad part is the surrounding neighborhood could use a little TLC. Further there really aren't any restaurants close by. However, do NOT take this as being unsafe or bad. More along the lines of not real convenient is all. Because of a flight cancelation I had to book another room. The person working the front desk was AWESOME ! & knew exactly what I was looking for. This second room was smaller(1 queen bed instead of 2 ). than the first, but still quite spacious. Depending on the occasion I would for sure stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay Sleep Inn !

The hotel was close to our concert but would not recommend it for another stay, room was not very clean and amenities were lacking. It was too much to pay for what we received.

Would never stay there again
Ac wouldn't cool the room. Told manager he made excuses and couldn't fix it. He said they had no other rooms available so we had to try to sleep in a hot room. Hotel had no fans. Room phone didn't work. Bath tub did not drain properly. Would not recommend
Temp set on 60 from previous guest. Only went up from here during the night.

Photos of the hotel are not are not representative of the actual facility. Photos make it look new. It is not new. The area around the hotel is TERRIBLE. Definitely in the "bad" part of town. I would not ever stay here again. I did not feel safe in the parking lot. All kinds of scary looking people walking all around the area at night. Had to wait for about 15 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk to check me in. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely awful.

great mon - fri, not on weekends
This hotel stay started great, reasonable price, short drive from downtown. Rooms are in good shape, AC worked great, wifi was good, bed was comfortable. Breakfast lady was super nice and kept area clean. But when we came back in evening, realized they did NOT clean the room. I went downstairs to ask, they had no answer. They did give me fresh towels and soap. The next morning (sat) there was no breakfast person, which means no breakfast, nobody at front desk either. Some half hour later a very unhappy maintenance person came in when breakfast hours were almost done to provide eggs and sausage.
