I recommend for homeless people and crackheads to sleep at this motel. The swimming pool looked like a tornado hit it, the smoke alarm was chirping, and no free breakfast was available

Clean rooms

I’m not gonna lie. This was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve had in a motel six. The staff was very nice and courteous. The atmosphere is a little iffy. But overall, I couldn’t believe how clean the room was.

It was a comfortable stay no ice was available my ac wasn’t cooling properly but I will visit again I mentioned to the concierge a lil late he said he would provide a different room so I knew than customer service was great I will return

Quiet. Great for short stay. Needs updating.

The mattress appeared clean, soft, and comfortable along with the sheets and pillows. The walls needed patchwork. The shower was an interesting shape, which the kids loved. The sink was leaking with a slimy liquid dripping out from its underside. The mini fridge did not work at all. We liked having a fire tv available.

Soda machine in lobby not working when I checked in. Was week or so until fixed. They didn't seem to be in any hurry to get it fixed. Had to go to 2nd floor for drinks, that machine had limited selections. Every thing else ok. Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff was especially friendly and welcoming. I arrived needing a restroom right away. Was informed that No “public” restroom available. Although I considered myself a guest and not public. Thankfully the staff expedited my check in to allow me to get to restroom. Only negative to speak of is the lack of maintenance. Door hardware in the bathroom in my room was destroyed. Fortunately I was alone and did not need to close it during my stay. Overall maintenance seems to be lacking.

Overall will not stay here

Th hotel was horrible, right from walking in it smelt of smoke and wet carpet. The room had no fridge, even thought my room was suppose to have one. I was told yes it was suppose to but only some rooms have it. The nonsmoking room stunk of smoke. I’m glad at least the customer service was good. Front desk attendant was so nice and accommodating. I use to live in Katy, this qualify was uncharacteristic of the area.

Never Again!

Starting with check in, at 7PM, no one at the reception counter, when I called out I got no answer. After 5 minutes I called again to an open door, and was angrily told to wait. Receptionist was very rude. Room: Horrible, smelled of weed and mold. The water did not work the next day (2 day stay). Sheets were dirty. Parking lot: People were loitering in the parking lot all night, I had a view of my truck from my room, and was constantly checking to make sure that it was ok. There were people in their cars playing loud music and doing some sort of business.
