Nice place. Clean, quiet and I felt safe. Breakfast was ok; hard boiled eggs, sausages and bagels. I was there on business. It is close to where I needed to be. I'd stay here again.

Hello Expedia, I am writing to formally request a full refund for my stay at La on [Date] in Room [Your Room Number] due to severe, unaddressed disturbance. > > Between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, the guests in the neighboring room were shouting, fighting, and repeatedly slamming doors.

There were multiple roaches of 3 kinds in the room. Multiple other guest said they found roaches in their rooms too. Multiple sheets were dirty, and something was stuck to them. At around 5- 6 a.m. on both days of our stay, there was a fire alarm sound in our rooms, which made us jump out of our beds. There was black mold on the bathroom walls.

Our stay was very nice I accidentally misread when breakfast was and had started making a waffle as they came out to clean up they were so nice and kept pulling things out so I could still eat I felt so bad but it was so nice how they kept reassuring me that it was ok I needed to eat to have a good day 😭 the only frustration was the fire alarm went off at least once a night every night for like 2 min but the staff fixed it quickly. There was also an odd splatter on the wall close to the ceiling that was definitely not paint…. other than that everything was really really nice! Anything I asked about the staff was able to answer my questions and help me 💜
