Run very trashy

This hotel was trashy and elevator wasn’t working, wires were showing all over the place. Old looking rooms that claimed to be upgraded and supreme laughing out loud

Repair and repaint some part of the room

I just don't like the fact that the bathroom and some part have been decay and roaches that comes out at night make it worse. I actually stay in room 237 but not sure about other rooms

Reserved this room because we evacuated from Louisiana and when we got their to check in front desk was very ignorant with us and said they didn’t have a room available for us so now we are stranded in Texas sleeping in vehicle.

Do not walk away from this place - run

Lets see. they start with redoing the room key three times, but i had to go back to the office to let them the key was not working. After giving me a different room the internet code was incorrect. I had to call a 800 number for technical help, but there was no answer and no ability to leave a message. So no internet in my stay. Lastly, the office was no open until 11:00 am. I went to get something in my car in the morning, the room key would not open the door. The person in the next room told me this happens all the time. I had to leave and there were some things i could not get that was in my room. I want a refund on my room charge.

The only thing i liked was how nice the staff was when they refused to acknowledge my reservation and ended up booking the last room they had (the one i had reserved) to the gentleman in line in front of me. What i didn't like can be summed up by their non-adherance to their own policies as they had no right to give my room away if i arrived well before check in time ended.

Outside the property looked really nice. Inside was the problem. Bed was really hard. Smelled like paint in the room. The sink was loose. The shower handle came off. All the drawers were broken. Tv couldn't change the input.

The property was dirty. There was roaches, reeked of smoke. The walls were patched, dingy and water stained. The towels smelled like smoke. I would never recommend this property to anyone! Never will I ever stay here again

Think Twice

Rather noisy with a couple of domestic situations. Our room was infested with ROACHES which I reported, but ended up buying Raid for my own use. Room was not clean upon check in and desk clerk had to call housekeeping to clean room as we were checking in.

I filled out paperwork ahead of time to have a friend stay but I was paying and when she arrived they would not check her in because she did not have the cc even tho I had filled out all the paperwork they had lost it and did not find it until after she had left and found another hotel.
