The room was clean upon arrival, and the staff were friendly and welcoming which I sincerely appreciated. My only concern was the air circulation in the room, which was very poor and made it feel damp and stuffy throughout the day and night, despite my efforts to adjust it. Overall, I was pleased with the cleanliness and the excellent service from the staff.

Room smelled atrocious (had a very strong chemical scent that gave me an ongoing headache). Was filthy and had bugs. The kitchenette had no utensils, dishware, pots/pans, or cooking implements of any sort. Water in both the bathroom and kitchen sinks barely ran (would have high pressure spurts and then no water, in cycles). Was never able to get connected to the wifi or use the TV, despite my bill stating I paid an additional 'electronics fee' for 'high quality wifi and TV'. Outlets in half the room didn't work. I'm not confident that the fridge was at an appropriate and safe temperature. The exterior areas, outdoor hallways, and staircases smelled like urine, were poorly lit, and had disgusting water chemical slicks on them from every window AC unit. When I first checked in the front desk staff was exceptionally rude and pressured me to accept the room without properly viewing it because she wanted to leave. Additionally, when I first checked in they had no record of my expedia booking and insisted I pay a higher price per night than I had been guaranteed. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I believe JATA Crown Hotel is the best Hotel in Tirana after experienced super clean and full of amenities room, the staff is awesome and professional, the restaurant has great menu, the owner and his family treats us with amazing hospitality! My son and I recommend JATA Crown Hotel!!
