The cabinets were hanging off the hinges. I went to three different places to find one with either an elevator or one on the first floor. We are handicapped, so couldn’t stay at any of them.

the property wasn't bad just outdated you could tell it's been thru some rough times over painting lots of wall plaster issues, tv didn't work for a few days when I was there. the bed was like bunk beds from the military. Budget stay for sure. oh, the office is only open from 11-7 pm which is wierd.

While I am okay with the simple room we stayed in, others who expect to have everything that the photos depict, please note that there's no desk lamp, no light next to the bed, no couch, no wall painting, no book shelf, etc. There was no house cleaning for the duration of our stay, which was over a week. We were handed a plunger to fix a plugged up toilet. We do like Robert who works there. He is friendly and helpful.

Zero i need a call from corporate

To be honest i have nothing but horrible words for these people there was never no true reason on why they didnt not want me to renew my lease im homeless with my daugther being that the school is around the corner and it has a kitchen I stayed there paying overcharged prices mind you i have a business of my own i didnt not no i couldnt give or leave my cards to build my clientele thats how i pay my rent I work from home i felt profiled the whole time me being there and all i ever wanted was to be near my daugther school and now it is so inconvenient for me to talk her i was walking her i dont have money to uber her is the reason for me staying there i would like olease someone from corporate office or human resource of intown suites and country inn the amount I waited for them to fix the sink a entire month I used a bucket theres mold the room had holes in the walls like terrible the cleaning lady only cleaned byii byii room door I want them to go back on the cameras and see then went in my room

Awesome

The manager is so sweet, I think his name is Kade. The location was super convenient and you could walk to everything. The property is very clean, you do not see a lot of people hanging out on property which is a huge plus for me. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever, with things being hectic since this snow/freeze storm I have to admit the staff has remained friendly and calm even under stress.

Kade the office gentleman was very welcoming and informative. He made sure i understood everything. He made sure i liked the room prior to getting all the paperwork done. The maintance man is very friendly and nice as well.
