Only complaint was not having a remote in the room. Quick call down to the desk and they brought one right up. Everyone and everything else was great. I’ll be looking to stay here again next time

The hotel has a smell of mildew when you walk in. There is not real bar as advertised but rather pre-made drinks. The staff have answers line “ I think so” “I am not sure” and left it at that. I was unable to reach anyone to get us more blankets. Very disappointing for a Hyatt!
