Property under construction, furniture chipped, carpet and chaise stained and need cleaning, not enough bed coverings, air quality was none existent, parking lot was not paved and had poor lighting at night, noise from the atrium, the toilet was sized for a toddler and the grab bar for the shower was poorly placed. No clock in the room and room service was provided only if the room was vacated. That information was not shared with us. Will not stay at this location in the future.

Rude and unapologetic.
Upon arrival we were informed that we would not be getting the rooms that we made the reservation for. Rather, instead of 2 adjoining rooms with double full-size beds, we were giving 2 king-size rooms on separate ends of the hotel. Instead of being apologetic or sympathetic, we were just told very bluntly that the hotel does not guarantee any rooms purchased through third-parties. This made our stay and weekend very uncomfortable, at the least.

Return to Houston 2024.
Stayed at this property many times on business trips when working. Chose it this time based on location and prior experiences. Still acceptable but definitely starting to show some wear and tear. Parking lot definitely needs to be repaired. Breakfast buffet was standard.
