I believe this could be a very nice property but my experience was terrible.
1. After I checked in I learned that my "kitchenette" had zero pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, or anything to be able to utilize the kitchen. So I had to go buy pots and pans and all the utensils to cook and eat with.
2. I asked the front desk about this and they told me that they didn't provide any of this and guests should bring their own pots and pans
3. I called expedia and they said there was nothing they could do about it since the hotel did not advertise that they provide the equipment necessary to prepare a meal.
4. The "kitchenette" consisted of a small 2 element countertop burner that you could not fit 2 pots or pans on at 1 time, and was supposed to have a full size refrigerator that was apartment size at best.
5. There was 1 full size towel in the room. There were 3 of us staying in the room with 2 queen beds. I had a 7 day reservation and it took an act of congress to get more towels and the struggle was every day.
6. There were 4 pillows total in the room, not per bed but total. We asked for more pillows and they said that was all we were allowed. So we had to go by some pillows as well.
7. They advertised a separate dining area and a dining table. Neither of those existed in our room. There was an end table that was next to a cushioned chair and there was a table against the wall next to the tv with the phone on it. There was 1 dining chair. I could go on but ran out of room
