The staff is courteous and friendly. The check/in was a wonderful experience!! The suite is well appointed and comfortable. However, one lamp had a lightbulb missing the other had a burned out light bulb and the space below the sink had left over bags and a beer case from the previous guest.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because I could not eat before going to the hospital. The staff was phenomenal and the free shuttle to our hospital was a welcome surprise.
