这个酒店位置很不错，交通方便，在周围购物和吃东西都很方便。酒店很安静。整体上酒店的舒适度还不错。酒店的餐食总体上还可以。下次还会选择在此下榻。

$172 for one night at this place… Yikes!! I’ve stayed at a cheap Super 8 in the middle of nowhere that’s in better shape than this Hampton…very unlike this brand which is why we booked in the first place. Breakfast.. sign read ‘bagel bar’ but lacked ingredients for such a thing. Guess whole wheat bread, yogurt cup, and a waffle maker constitutes as a bagel bar these days. Idk. In the room we stayed, multiple walls and ceilings showed need of repair, fridge was uncharacteristically loud at times. While we did not need the ADA room, the bathroom needed lots of work should, someone need the amenities. No shower curtain (weird) water splashed everywhere of course, ADA shower bench was missing lower bracket thus rendering the bench unsafe and in the way, slight mold in the shower corners and creases, someone else’s random hair brush on counter, ceiling showed some sort of attempted repair but unfinished, light above mirror didn’t didn’t work, towel bar hanging off the wall (don’t touch it). Staff was friendly, while sharing with the front desk the room needed repairs and we recommended to not offer to others until repairs were made. Replied with “Ok, No sweat off my back”. Polite but interesting way to respond imo. The window to outside the room showed another part of the building that was damaged and need of repair. Don’t know about the rest of the building.. we left to go find something to eat.
No curtain? Weird…Thankfully the door locked.

My stay was horrible this time. Based on my previous stay 2 years ago, I decided to book for this trip. One of the 2 elevators was out of order the entire week we were there. The only working elevators had broken tile on the floor. There was no hot breakfast as advertised. There is now a cold breakfast option. The last day we were there, they ran out of creamer for coffee. The staff said they were out ( it was 6:30 a.m.) and got some milk from the cereal section. I went to a nearby Walmart for creamer and oyher items. When I returned, I attempted to get cereal for breakfast but they ran out of milk and bananas (time was 7:50a.m.) On top of this, there was no hot water for the 1st day. It eventually was repaired, however; there was no compensation offered for the poor accommodations. I will never stay here again nor would I recommend stay here. I believe management must have changed since i last stayed here.

First, if you go by their statement upon entering, “We’re Happy, If You’re…,” or something to that effect, then they should feel pretty miserable, especially for the price; it should have cost no more than $80! The room size on was nice, but the sofa bed and ottoman looked like it was picked up from the curb. The sofa bed was ripped and stained; there was a chair that was stained; wallpaper was coming undone. My wife turned on the water at the vanity sink, and it came out brown, as did the shower. Customer service was poorly lacking because we finally brought it to the front desk manager, to get a key to look at possibly moving to another room, there wasn’t any eye contact, or apology, and again, when we brought the key back to decline it, because it wasn’t any better. The Continental Breakfast was a joke, especially on Saturday; no real effort really seemed to be put in this location, and we’ve stay at Hilton’s other Hampton Inn & Suites. The appearance of the high chairs in the breakfast eating area were ripped and worn out; need to be replaced along with the furniture in the room. The lighting in there was bad. On top of it, they closed it at 9:00 am, on a Saturday! There needs to be some serious upgrade for it to be Hilton Hampton Inn & Suites.

My personal items were removed from the room and placed in bags .my daughter and grandsons suitcases were also placed into a cart as if we were never coming back .it was very upsetting for all of us to be kicked out of our room like that we werent expected to leave until the next day

Room was clean. While booking on Expedia, hotel states they have breakfast buffet included but they only served coffee, bagel and bread with spreads , cereal and milk.

Breakfast was below par. I walked over to visit some friends who stayed at Holiday Inn across the street. Their breakfast was amazing. Hampton only offered limited breakfast but advertised with Continental Breakfast.

Starting from the lobby, the second elevator has been out of service for weeks. Daily breakfast, which was advertised and promised, is not provided—guests are advised to make their own arrangements instead. Room service is poor, with housekeeping occurring only every 2–3 days. I also experienced a flooded toilet with no maintenance response for days. This is not my first time at this hotel; I have stayed here twice a year for the past three years. Unfortunately, the ongoing decline in service is very disappointing. Good luck to future guests.
