Room was very clean and updated. We had a larger corner room so lots of extra space for our family of 4. The parking lot is well lite and we felt very safe. Great location near UH. Beds were harder than we like however that it always a personal preference.

Not very clean, several individuals were drinking and smoking pot outside our room. The smell of pot was very strong in our room! People were driving in and out of the parking lot really fast, especially for such a small place. We stayed about 10 minutes and checked out. Not safe for families with young children children. When we checked out the clerk at the front desk wanted to know why, I told them why. They didn't seem to be concerned.

The overall look of the hotel wasn’t bad. The rooms are outside but they are updated. Unfortunately, when I checked in, my room was not ready and I walked into a dirty room. No problem, got moved to another room. Room was not bad, but something was off and I was uncomfortable. The floor wasn’t as clean, had hair on the floor still. The bed’s comforter looked like it hadn’t been washed and the towels were covered in hair. I wasn’t very comfortable with staying there, so I left. But the staff were very friendly. I just decided to get my things and go elsewhere for the night.
