Breakfast: No syrup. Sausage was pink in the middle. Bacon was over cooked, it shattered like glass. Air conditioning: did not cool the room off. We had to sleep with the covers off. Restroom: bathtub was rusty and yellow.

I was disappointed with the visit due to the curtains that were visible were water stained. And the mattress was stained. Then we asked for two towels and they had me go get the two used ones to switch out. That’s the first time I’ve ever heard that. The ac would squeak every time it would turn off. (Sounded like a squeaky door closing) The WiFi wasn’t easy to access. Was told the further we were the weaker the signal. The rooms were overall clean. But just the fact that those two things were visible to the eye made it bad to look at. The breakfast was good. The staff was over all friendly.

Room was clean and the breakfast was decent. My only issue was that our room was not ready at check in time. We had to wait over an hour to check in, which was pushing into our event time. Staff was kind and tried to ready the room asap, but it was still inconvenient. Overall, I would rate the experience 4/5.

This is an old hotel that has been only partially renovated. They have half-size pillows on the beds and OLD bathtubs. The area in which it is located is pretty run down. I wouldn’t stay there again. I didn’t feel extremely safe. I had a hole in my ceiling. The lights in the bathroom leave a lot to be desired. There was a cute little kitchen area.

Booked for 3 nights/4days and couldn’t stay the last night due to poor service. Our room was never freshened up or cleaned the two nights and 3 days we were there. Room key didn’t work half the time. And just didn’t enjoy our stay due to this issue. We had our kids with us and the AC didn’t work well in our room too. So we decided to end our stay early.
