"I must BRAG on my stay! Let me say, when I walked into the hotel for check in, I was greeted by several staff! However, MARTHA took the cake! She was very polite and shared so much need to know information and I definitely took advance of all she said. The hotel was quiet and clean. Upon check out, I attended breakfast, which was phenomenal. Yet again, another staff, ALMA, provided exceptional service! She was courteous and attentive to my needs. Martha and Alma went above and beyond to meet my needs. Upon departure, Estaurdo, the Valet, offered a kind gesture to assist me with valet service and he offered kind words regarding our safe travels. Overall, the staff was consistently kind and helpful, and I was wished a Happy Mother’s Day so many times, it literally warmed my heart! I will stay again!! Well done Royal Sonesta! "

"Great customer service when checking in and out of Hotel!"

"Cockroaches in the room, the floor was dirty and cracked, big difference between the lobby and the room, staff was bad. The lady at the reception when we check in was not in the mood to check in us, the valet is 50$ per night and don’t help at all. No hello, No door opens, no help with the luggages, nothing. Staying on the phone and waiting for us to give them the keys. Nobody told us that they had a breakfast, anyway didn’t want to try it. I saw a bar somewhere outside, nobody told us to check it out, didn’t knew the hours or anything."

"Room was not what was expected. Pictures on website were misleading. The handicap shower was ok, but the water poured on to the tile floor making it very slippery. Staff was not knowledge on shuttle times"

"Everything was good. Had to ask several times before finally receiving fresh towels. My only complaint was pool wasn't heated and needed to be cleaned. "
