The hotel was decorated elegantly for the holidays and I was offered a room upgrade due to an issue with the kiosk saying the room was not ready even though it was after 3 pm which is check in time. The Rusk rooms were very accommodating and spacious. I especially enjoyed the view of Daikin Park. It was a lovely stay!"
