We booked and paid for the room a couple of weeks early to catch an early flight. We arrived at the hotel exhausted after driving five and a half hours to find out the hotel cancelled our room without any notification! Because, we booked through a third party they didn’t have payment paid directly to them, and blamed it on a “storm” they were able to do that! That was so wrong and inconsiderate of them. I would not recommend booking.

We arrived in Houston and called for a shuttle just to be informed that our reservation had been cancelled due to a water issue. I understand that it was something out of their control but they made no effort to help us or make suggestions. Just told us to contact Expedia. It was a terrible experience.
