I've stayed here 4 times in the last month and half. They are very consistent. Hospitality is welcoming, service is great, rooms are clean, and quiet. Just the way I like it.

This was a last minute booking. the check in was easy, the lady behind the counter was pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. the entrance to the hotel, the hallway and the room were extremely clean.Nice smelling. This hotel is an older hotel, which means the rooms are larger. You can actually walk around the room without bumping into furniture! It was quiet when I was there, which was on a Thursday; I don't know how quiet it is on the weekend. I plan on going back when I'm in the area again.

Rudest Desk Clerk EVER

Check-in was a nightmare. We arrived early and I went into the office to see how early we could check in. As I walked in, the older woman behind the desk was telling a caller on her phone not to book online and she would call her back. As she gave me her attention, she asked my name, and when I told her my name and she looked on her computer, I started to ask about options for early check in, she told me check-in was 2pm. Then she asked, “You reserved online?” I told her we had and she said, “2 o’clock it is then.” I didn’t even have the opportunity to explain that we had a child with a disability and no power at our home due to a storm and needed a place to rest. I have never encountered such rudeness before. Different person at the desk when we were able to check in—my husband said he was very pleasant.
