「Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. 「Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. 」

「We upgraded for a spa suite and were not disappointed! It included a lovely sitting area, big bathroom with shower & bath and a very comfortable bed. As well as straight access into the spa area. 「The side entry pod was at the bottom of a quiet row. It was surprisingly well appointed with one of the best showers I’ve had when staying away for a long time and a comfy bed. The site itself had a fab shop with everything you could need. Will look to stay again when I’m in the area.」
