「各方面都很棒」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Delightful Hotel in a delightful location...just yards from the Cathedral. Lovely room and lovely Hotel....great service at front desk and the Bar/Restaurant. Parking available,but not too easy to get to.The Hotel will give a code to make the bollards vanish...and enable you to access their car park.」

「酒店位於中心地帶，方便逛街，晚上教堂有光影show，很好。但住宿一般原因是沒冷氣。 Coz my own careless, i think it has the A/C, but it hasn't. So we need to open the window and use the fan provided by the Hotel. But the people in the public area chat loud until midnight. So, not sleep well. Besides that, it's good.」

「优点： 1.房间大，洗手间和洗浴间分开，洗浴间有淋浴和浴缸 2.风景好，面对着塞纳河 3.走路到河边就100米，天气好在河边散步很不错 4.离市中心也比较近，走路15分钟 缺点： 1.离火车站有点距离」

「員工態度很親切，非常好。辦理入住後，發現客房不乾淨，櫃台立刻反應，更換房間。 但客房清潔不佳，還是需要改善。」

「Easy to check in. Balcony had no chairs and sone fixtures needed maintenance. Generally a good stay worth the cost. 」

「The hotel is clean, good location from motorways. Big rooms although a bit hot for the time of the year, great staff, good breakfast. Great for dogs, very spacious. The only downside is no food for dinner from Friday to Sunday and nothing close enough to go to eat, so planned to have dinner before going back to the hotel 」

「A comfortable modern hotel with excellent staff and dog friendly. We were impressed by the helpful receptionist at check in who volunteered to carry our luggage from our car to our room. Our dog was welcome in both bar and restaurant. There was ample surface parking. Breakfast was good but we were not impressed by the food served when we ate dinner in the restaurant. It was just O.K. but did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel. On the whole this was a very nice hotel and we would...

「Won’t recommend. Dinner standard floated every night. Pre-ordered dinner online is even more expensive than the price on the menu. Tennis court facility broken. Don’t even provide you with the indoor sneakers. Central air conditioning makes your room way too hot every night. Totally disappointed.」
