「Our stay at Appart Hotel Spa Perpignan was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. 「Ideally situated if you are going to use the train station but a little out of the main centre of Perpignan where all the restaurants are. However you can walk it in approximately 15 minutes. They have a left luggage facility which was useful as we arrived before check in time. Check in was smooth. Safe wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed until night before we left.
