"Lovely clean room, but was surprised we didn't have a TV. Looking back at my booking it does say no TV in some rooms ( so double check when you book), but I missed that when booking. It's not something that I would expect the room not to have. That said we were only there for one night. The room was spotless, but our mini-bar was very noisy. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, but our waitress was very unfriendly. Every course had something missing, which we had to ask for, and was met her seemingly annoyed. Breakfasts was nice. On the whole the hotel was very nice and only a short walk to old town."

"Rally lovely accommodation. We had a suite which was huge and included a kitchenette, dining table, sofa and coffee table, with a fab view of the castle. There was also a coffee machine and coffee in our room. Staff very friendly and welcoming and reception open 24hrs. It was a pleasant walk into city centre - probably about 15 minute walk which suited us well. It’s a bit up hill in the way back so wouldn’t suit everyone."

"It was a good stay overall. I got my own room but it was on the top floor which is an attic. It was hard going on the side of the bed towards the window. The shower door is broken and they need more shower gel for clients. It was a clean property and didn't have any smell. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a plus because most of the major tourist attractions are walkable distance from there."
