「Out of all my business trips, this was easily the most enjoyable location. Situated right on a lake, it was like my own little slice of paradise. Despite the work being done on the hotel during my stay, the staff was very helpful in getting me to my room to be nice and comfortable. I have absolutely zero complaints. 」

I was SO GLAD for the very clean, comfortable, and cute enough accommodations. The staff I worked with to make reservations, find my way and to problem solve were super helpful and very friendly.」

「We came to this property for a dance convention. The location is great. Within walking distance of Horseshoe Bay Resort. Also parking out front. However the place smelled of dog. The couches were covered in dog hair and the pillows smelled so bad. Our friends stayed in the main floor room and said it reeked of dog in there. There was also dried up hair in the washing machine. Our toilet did break but the repair man came within a few hours to look at it. I think if they cleaned the place...

「There was a problem with the thermostat that made it impossible to turn on the AC. I identified the problem early in the morning and called. I was given instructions to do something I already had done. I took a video a sent it, proving the problem beyond any reasonable doubt.
