We have stayed here twice & on every occasion had a Great stay!! Will always stay @ the Holiday Inn Express!! We always look foreward to staying there when we are @ Heathrow!!

The staff were beyond helpful! They were attentive to our needs even helping us get into our room as early as possible. They gave us directions for downtown London. The rooms were wonderful and the bath towels were huge!!

I always stay here and it’s so convenient. Helpful staff and well equipped rooms. Pillows could do with being changed as they’re quite lumpy in all the rooms I’ve stayed in but otherwise all good.

W6 Hotel Hammersmith
We were taking off premises, in an alley, in a basement room. They odor at entrance was discussing, there was mold in every corner, holes in the floor. We left and ask for a refund immediately, AVOID AT ALL COST.
